Delivery & Shipping
Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we entrust most our deliveries, home and abroad to Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.
For your convenience we will send you an email to confirm that your item has been shipped. The email will give you the option to track your item and it will also give you an indication of the day of arrival. You can also login to your account at any time to view the status of your order.
We offer a very simple, easy to understand and cost effective delivery whilst ensuring that our customers have the options to suit their needs.
Rest of the World (ROW)
Heavy / Bespoke Items
Some of the heavy or hand made items we offer take a little longer to get to you. Unfortunately we cannot offer next day delivery for these items. The delivery times for these items are clearly shown on the product page.
Dispatch Time Frames
If you place your order before 6pm, we will send your item the following day. If it’s a Friday afternoon or a weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday. We do not process orders or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. All delivery time frames below are stated from point of purchase.
Arrival Time Frames
With the exception of UK 'Next Day' delivery we cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible time frame. Please see your regions delivery table above for details of maximum times allowances for each region. If your item does not reach you with in the specified time frame please contact us and we will offer you a replacement or refund.
